Project experts, athlete entrepreneurs, special guests: The AtLAS training was presented to the international public in the form of round table events across 5 countries.
In the course of 2022, 150 athletes from all over Europe attended AtLAS’ post-secondary training course on entrepreneurship. Alongside an online-only training via a 5-week MOOC, participants of the full programme enjoyed online-live classes at one of the following institutions: University of Applied Sciences Joanneum (Austria), Aarhus University (Denmark), Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (The Netherlands), Edinburgh Napier University (Scotland), National OIympic Committee Slovenia (Slovenia), and University of Turin (Italy).
Included in the training was a business pitch in the project partner countries. Their elected national winners were awarded a travel to Edinburgh where they had the opportunity to present their business idea to an international audience at the AtLAS Conference 2022.
Multiplying AtLAS
Throughout November and December, selected participants together with project partners, established athlete entrepreneurs, and topical experts shared their programme experiences at several multiplier events. Graz, Turin, Aarhus, Amsterdam, and Ljubljana hosted these mini conferences to inform, inspire the sport, education, and business community.
